Lou was rather depressed ever since he was reprimanded for the fiasco in the office. He was now sent to work onsite, attending to customer calls and complaints, instead of sitting in the office, enjoying the peace and comfort. Not to mention chatting online with his girlfriends from all over the world.

Lou referred to his list of customers and found a couple of them were driving schools. One of them seemed an easier task - they wanted a new design for their website, to include driving lessons specifically for women. When Lou stepped into the school, he thought he had found heaven again.

There were so many girls - is this a driving school or a modeling school? It looks like a school for women and young drivers! The receptionist took his business card, and informed him that the marketing manager would be seeing him in a short while. Meanwhile Lou sat near the glass windows, where he could watch and drooled at the young drivers laughing and waiting for their instructors.

The marketing manager ,Jean, was as pretty as the young drivers. They went to the conference room and Jean informed Lou about her company requirements for the new website.

Their website requires a revamp as it currently advertised driving lessons in a rigid and generic manner. The management wished to project a more customer-centric image, catering to the needs of different groups. There would be a few areas to emphasize - one for women and another for young drivers below 21 years old. They also hope to attract another group of customers – the hgv driver. In order to help Lou understand the needs of the hgv driver, he would be spending a part of his time at the driving school. Jean would introduce her colleague who could assist him – another Jean.

Lou was delighted – two Jeans to help him. Most probably this Jean would be as attractive as the other Jean. He sat and waited eagerly, and the door opened. Jean brought in her colleague and introduced ‘Lou, Jean will be the best person to work with you on the hgv driver specs – he’s a former hgv driver himself’. Lou almost passed out - Jean Armand was big, stern and definitely no-nonsense!
